How It Works

Request support services

Please submit your inquiry based on your specific service requirements, interests and availability. After receiving & reviewing your request we will contact you within 7 business days to set up a consultation date.

Consultations

After processing your inquiry, we will reach out to you to schedule a meeting at a time that is convenient for you. During this meeting, we will discuss and mutually agree upon the support services, pricing, time, and location.

Sign contract & begin support

If you choose Care2Help as your provider, we will ask you to sign an agreement. Once the agreement is signed & your NDIS services will commence.

Daily Living

Care2Help can support you with all your day to day activities. Our trained support workers will be by your side to assist with all types of personal activities at whichever level you require. This kind of support is designed to facilitate your daily independence, while also helping you to build the skills needed to carry out a range of daily activities – all provided in the comfort of your own home.

Transport

At Care2Help we understand the importance of going out and about into your community that’s why our team can support you in taking part in activities and events that matter to you.

We can take you to where you need to go via one of our vehicles, or we can support you to learn how to access and use public transport. It all depends on you and your goals.

Community Nursing

Care2Help is here to help you lead a happier, healthier life.

Our Community Nursing service aims to prevent illness and promote a healthy lifestyle for people living with a disability.

Our registered nurses can work with your doctor and other allied health professionals, to assist you to stay on top of your medical needs in the comfort of your home.

Home Care

Care2Help believes a key factor in maintaining happiness and general wellbeing is having a clean and well organized home. Our assistance with Home Care service provides you with support from an experienced to support worker in a range of domestic chores and household activities.

Support Coordination

We provide support coordination for people living with a Disability to help them connect with available and relevant services in the community. We also advocate for them with NDIS and service providers to ensure everyone gets the support they need.
